Just what the heck is toonz jukebox anyways? |

toonz jukebox is a jukebox and amusement service located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We started operations in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in 1994 and have been in Calgary since 1997. Although we are a young company, we have over 20 years of mobile and fixed disc-jockey experience, having played all sorts of parties, restaurants and bars since 1987. From this experience, we have developed a large repetoire of music on 45s and CDs which can easily be transferred into our jukeboxes. We know the type of music that your clientele will like, whether it will be rock or country, alternative or Top 40, dance or rap... and if your clientele stays for the music, you can be sure they will stay to buy more of your products. |

How can toonz jukebox help my establishment? |
| The atmosphere of your establishment is a complex synthesis of several
different elements. The decore, staff, media, patio, air quality, etc. all
have a part in making up your establishment's atmosphere. However, music
is often thought of last in many locations.
toonz jukebox makes your clientele interact with the music in your establishment. This is probably the only chance that patrons have in changing the atmosphere and many will welcome it and stay longer. As well, our jukeboxes can be made as focal points in your location, which further enhances their experience. What a better way to say "We care" to your patrons, than the presence of a jukebox! |
I already subscribe to a music service. Why should I change to a jukebox? |
There a many different types of muisc services. For example: a piped-in
radio station, an audio subscription (such as Digital
Music Express) or a disc-jockey. All of these can be thought of as viable
alternatives to a jukebox. However, compare the jukebox with the other services
and we are sure you will agree, the jukebox can be better than other services.

I have special music needs. For example, I have Latin music playing on Monday nights and new rock music on Friday nights. Can your jukebox do that? |

Most of our jukeboxes are able to accomodate the requests of even the most demanding location. For example, the NSM Saphire has the capability of specifying the CD numbers or track numbers of up to 20 items for a background music range. As well, it can have up to 4 separate background music time slots. Therefore, you can specify up to 20 CDs or tracks for you Latin music to play on Monday nights from 6pm to midnight and you can specify another 20 selections for your rock music on Friday nights from 4pm to 2am. Simple, huh? |
How much does it cost to have a jukebox put into my business? |

Through a very complex, mathematical formula which requires the Ph.D. of a physics professor to understand, we have determined that all jukebox installations and maintenance will be.... FREE!That's right. Free. And how can you do that, you may ask? Simple. All we ask is that a minimum amount of jukebox music sales per month be maintained... and unless your business has absolutely nobody in it (which means you have more problems than a jukebox could help), you will qualify. When we meet with you, we will ask typical business operations questions such as how your business is doing, what type of clientele you expect and what are your hours of business? We then do our own market research to see what type of jukebox, sound system and music would work the best in your location. If it all looks feasible, we ask for an installation deposit which will be returned to you after the first six months of operation. That's it. |
What kind of jukeboxes do you have? |

We specialize in the newest, most programmable jukeboxes in the industry manufactured by N.S.M. in the U.S.A. Not only are they attractive, but they have the fastest CD changer in the world, which results in less dead-air time between songs. If you have a fast growing and busy establishment, you may wany to consider a TouchTunes jukebox. It's a digital download, which means it's connected to the internet and has over a million songs, which can be customized (for example no Eminem, or only dance/pop on Saturday nights). As well, we cater to Seeburg, Wurlitzer and Rock-Ola jukeboxes. Depending on the location, we may suggest the look of an old diner like a Rock-Ola 1488, or the 70's psychodelic look of a Seeburg 160, or a jukebox with several wallboxes such as the Seeburg 100C. Although we specialize in jukeboxes (hence the term jukebox, in toonz jukebox), we are also capable of installing, servicing and maintaining all entertainment and amusement machines.
